Dear AGES Software Customer,

AGES Software values your privacy. We do not collect information about your Web browsing or usage habits for sites other than www.ageslibrary.com. We collect general usage statistics that are used for our own internal analysis, and we do not share this information with third parties.

When you register your AGES Digital Libraries, we collect your contact information for support and customer service purposes. We will not send you unsolicited e-mail. If you would like to receive news and information about AGES Software products, you can sign up for our e-mail newsletter at MyAGES. We do not sell mailing lists or other contact information to third parties, nor do we purchase such lists for our own use.

If you sign up to become a member of MyAGES you will have access to a variety of downloadable books and resouces. Some books are free, and some you may purchase using our secure online store. The MyAGES system maintains a record of your download activity so that AGES Software staff can provide you with better technical support and customer service. We may at times contact you using the e-mail address that you provide with your MyAGES account regarding technical support advisories, product update information, or other official matters. Again, your personal information and download activity will not be sold or shared with others.

Occasionally AGES Software will offer libraries, books, or other products that were produced by third parties. These may include both CD-ROM products as well as online books and collections. If you purchase an item that was produced by a third party, AGES Software may provide your registration information to that third party. This is often necessary to ensure your access to technical support and product updates. If you have questions about the privacy policies of any third party producer, we urge you to visit that party's Web site and review their respective privacy policies and statements.
